Real constraints
Objective identification of the factor currently limiting your progress.
Evidence-led individual analysis
Submit your training footage. Receive a focused technical diagnosis that identifies what is limiting your performance—and what to correct first.
The cost of invisible error
It is possible to spend months—or years—repeating the same limitation while consuming time, ammunition and attention in a process that feels productive.
The constraint may be technical, biomechanical, perceptual, measurable, methodological or embedded in the way practice itself is organized. ABA | Debrief separates symptoms from causes so your effort goes where it can actually change performance.
You do not need another random drill. You need a better diagnosis.
What you receive
Objective identification of the factor currently limiting your progress.
Technical inefficiencies and wasted motion that are easy to miss during practice.
Clear priorities so you know what deserves attention first—and what can wait.
Specific guidance for your next training cycle, grounded in the evidence you submit.

After purchase, send up to three relevant clips—15 minutes total—with your background, objective and main concern.
Your material is reviewed in advance. Then we meet privately for 30–40 minutes to define findings and priorities.
The ABA standard
The Debrief does not begin with a favorite technique or a prewritten prescription. It begins with the task, the evidence and the person performing it.
“Not generic coaching. Not motivational talk. A technical diagnosis.”
Is the technical solution efficient, repeatable and appropriate for the task?
What can be observed, measured and compared without relying on impressions?
Does the training process address the actual constraint—or merely repeat activity?
Who it is for
ABA | Debrief is useful across experience levels because the analysis is individual. The standard changes with the task—not with labels.
Independent students who practice alone and need an experienced outside view.
Intermediate shooters who are training consistently but feel stuck.
Experienced shooters seeking technical refinement and cleaner measurement.
Instructors and professionals who want critical review without performance theater.
